Cancellations • The event organizers reserve the right to cancel the race at any time and the race can be cancelled due to any circumstances. • Serious considerations will be taken before this happens and the decision will not be taken lightly. • If the event is cancelled, 100% refunds will be payed.

Refund cut off dates...

• Please see table below detailing the refund cut off dates and associated refund scale. • All refund requests must be made in writing via email and be received prior to the scheduled refund cut-off dates as outlined below. • The event organizers will determine the appropriate refund amount. • Please Note: Refunds will not be given if the number of riders in your team is reduced, regardless of the circumstances. DATE START DATE FINISH % REFUND * 1 OCT - 15 DEC = 80% 16 DEC - 1 Feb = 50% 1 Feb - Onward = 0% * The amount refunded will be based on the date we receive your written request for refund. This will determine the percentage of refund you will be eligible for. No credit towards another event will be given.

Substitutions will only be made to fully payed up entries. We will need the following to complete your substitution/addition: Payment of: R200 (Before 15 Dec 2018) R250 (Before 1 Jan 2018) R300 (Before 1 Feb 2018)

Provide the following info...

• Providing (e-mail) the (team name) and name of member to besubstituted/added. • Provide the details of the new member:- name; ID; e-mail address; T-shirt size; CSA number. • Please note that substitutions/additions will not be accepted without a valid CSA license. • Substitution/addition fee per change will be payable before any changes will be made. • Due to time constraints, substitutions/additions made after 15 Feb,might not receive the correct T-shirt size. • No substitutions/additions will be valid after 25 Feb. • Substitutions/additions requested after 25 Feb will be considered as late substitutions/additions and can be done at registration, with a R400 penalty payable at registration. • Please Note: No ADDITIONAL members to teams will be allowed after entries close. Only fully payed entries in the SOLO competition can apply to change to a team after entries have closed.
